HOW WE KEEP OUR CUSTOMERS SAFE FROM COVID-19

We observe all the food industry hygiene stardards such as HACCP, GHP, FAO hygiene codex and the food storage principles.  We carefully respect the 4C’s of food safety: Cleaning, Cooking, Chilling and Cross-contamination.  Our staff received proper on-the-job training on the matters of personal hygiene and COVID-19 prevention.  In addition, all staff members who come in direct contact with food are required to wear gloves, changed regularly, as well as observe contact hand washing protocols.
